공무원 인사 운영에 관한 특례규정 제10조(경력경쟁채용시험등 합격자의 임용에 관한 특례)

① 인사특례운영기관의 장인 소속 장관이 「공무원임용시험령」 제3조에 따라 실시하는 경력경쟁채용시험등 중 직무가 동일한 임용예정 직위의 군(群)을 정하여 실시하는 시험으로 선발된 4급 이상 공무원(이에 상당하는 공무원을 포함한다)을 임용하는 경우에는 「공무원임용령」 제18조제1항에도 불구하고 그 시험 실시 당시에 정한 임용예정 직위의 군에 속하는 어느 하나의 직위에 임용할 수 있다. <개정 2022.12.27>

② 인사특례운영기관의 장인 소속 장관은 「공무원임용시험령」 제3조에 따라 실시하는 경력경쟁채용시험등 중 직무가 동일한 임용예정 직위의 군(群)을 정하여 실시하는 시험으로 선발된 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 연구직 및 지도직공무원을 임용하는 경우에는 「연구직 및 지도직공무원의 임용 등에 관한 규정」 제7조의3제1항에도 불구하고 그 시험 실시 당시에 정한 임용예정 직위의 군에 속하는 어느 하나의 직위에 임용할 수 있다. <신설 2022.12.27>
