공소청법 제29조(공소청검사등의 임용)

Public Prosecution Office Act, Article 29 (Appointment of Senior Prosecutors of the Public Prosecution Office)

다음 각 호의 검사(이하 "공소청검사등"이라 한다)는 제28조 각 호의 직 또는 사무에 10년 이상 재직 또는 종사한 사람 중에서 임용한다.
