공중보건장학을 위한 특례법 시행령 제6조(장학금 지급의 신청등)

①법 제5조제1항의 규정에 의하여 선정된 장학생의 소속 대학의 학장(이하 "학장"이라 한다)은 연 4분기로 나눈 매분기별로 분기개시 1월전에 소속 장학생 전원에 대한 장학금의 지급을 보건복지부장관에게 신청하여야 한다. 다만, 1분기 장학금은 2월중에 신청하여야 한다. <개정 1994.12.23, 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

(1) The^ð더 dean딘 of어^v브 the^ð더 college칼리지 to투 which위치 a어 scholarship스칼러쉽 recipient^r러시피언트 selected설렉티드 under언더 Article아터클 5 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 belongs빌롱즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "dean")딘 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 for^f포 payment페이먼트 of어^v브 scholarships스칼러쉽스 for^f포 all올 scholarship스칼러쉽 recipients^r리시피언츠 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 college,칼리지 for^f포 each이치 quarter쿼터 of어^v브 the^ð더 year이어 divided디^v바이디드 into인투 four^f포 quarters,쿼터즈 one원 month먼^θ스 before비^f포 the^ð더 beginning비기닝 of어^v브 the^ð더 quarter:쿼터 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 the^ð더 scholarships스칼러쉽스 for^f포 the^ð더 first^f퍼스트 quarter쿼터 shall섈 be비 applied어플라이드 for^f포 in인 February.^f페벼웨^r리

②보건복지부장관은 제1항의 규정에 의한 장학금지급의 신청을 접수한 때에는 당해 학장에게 장학생 전원에 대한 장학금을 일괄하여 교부한다. <개정 1994.12.23, 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 payment페이먼트 of어^v브 scholarships스칼러쉽스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 pay페이 the^ð더 scholarships스칼러쉽스 for^f포 all올 scholarship스칼러쉽 recipients^r리시피언츠 to투 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 dean딘 in인 a어 lump럼프 sum.섬

③보건복지부장관으로부터 장학금을 교부받은 학장은 그 장학금 중에서 장학생의 등록금은 이를 대납하고, 기타의 장학금은 이를 월별로 장학생에게 지급하여야 한다. <개정 1994.12.23, 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
