관세법 제259조(세관장의 통지)

① 세관장은 제258조에 따른 결정을 한 경우에는 그 결정사항을, 관세를 징수하려는 경우에는 그 세액을 통관우체국의 장에게 통지하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 통지를 받은 통관우체국의 장은 우편물의 수취인이나 발송인에게 그 결정사항을 통지하여야 한다.
