관세법 제292조(조서 작성)

① 세관공무원이 피의자ㆍ증인 또는 참고인을 조사하였을 때에는 조서를 작성하여야 한다.

③ 진술자가 조서 내용의 증감 변경을 청구한 경우에는 그 진술을 조서에 적어야 한다.
