국가공무원 복무규정 제13조의8(사후관리 등)

① 소속 장관은 공무국외출장등을 마치고 귀국한 공무원에 대하여 그가 습득한 지식 또는 기술을 관련 직무 분야에서 충분히 활용할 수 있게 하여야 한다.
