Enforcement Decree of the Act on Honorable Treatment and Support for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State, Article 86 (Support for Use of Royal Palaces, etc.)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에게는 법 제67조에 따라 국가나 지방자치단체가 관리하는 고궁이나 공원 등의 시설을 무료 또는 할인된 요금으로 이용하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.6.21>

1. 국가유공자와 그 배우자

1. Persons퍼슨즈 of어^v브 distinguished디스팅귀시트 service서^v비스 to투 the^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 their^ð데어 spouses스파우시즈

2. 국가유공자의 유족 중 제8조에 따른 선순위자. 이 경우 선순위자가 국가유공자의 부 또는 모인 때에는 선순위자가 아닌 모 또는 부를 포함한다.

3. 국가유공자 중 애국지사와 상이등급 1급ㆍ2급 또는 3급에 해당하는 사람의 활동을 보조하는 사람 1명

② 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람이 무료 또는 할인된 요금으로 이용할 수 있는 시설의 종류와 감면율은 별표 10과 같다. <개정 2016.6.21>

③ 제1항제1호 및 제2호에 해당하는 사람이 고궁이나 공원 등의 시설을 무료 또는 할인된 요금으로 이용하려는 경우 제101조제1항에 따른 국가보훈등록증(모바일 국가보훈등록증을 포함한다)을 해당 시설의 관리인에게 내보여야 한다. <개정 2016.6.21, 2023.5.23>
