국고금 관리법 시행령 제101조(예산 등의 변경 내용 통지)

중앙관서의 장은 예비비의 사용, 세출예산의 전용(轉用)ㆍ이용(移用)ㆍ이체, 수입대체경비의 초과지출, 수입금 마련 지출 또는 추가경정예산 등에 따라 예산이 변경되거나 「국가재정법」 제70조에 따라 기금운용계획이 변경되었을 때에는 재정경제부장관에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
