국민건강보험법 제91조(시효)

① 다음 각 호의 권리는 3년 동안 행사하지 아니하면 소멸시효가 완성된다. <개정 2016.3.22>

③ 휴직자등의 보수월액보험료를 징수할 권리의 소멸시효는 제79조제5항에 따라 고지가 유예된 경우 휴직 등의 사유가 끝날 때까지 진행하지 아니한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 소멸시효기간, 제2항에 따른 시효 중단 및 제3항에 따른 시효 정지에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 사항 외에는 「민법」에 따른다.
