국민연금법 제88조(연금보험료의 부과ㆍ징수 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 국민연금사업 중 연금보험료의 징수에 관하여 이 법에서 정하는 사항을 건강보험공단에 위탁한다. <신설 2009.5.21, 2011.6.7>

② 공단은 국민연금사업에 드는 비용에 충당하기 위하여 가입자와 사용자에게 가입기간 동안 매월 연금보험료를 부과하고, 건강보험공단이 이를 징수한다. <개정 2009.5.21>

(2) To투 cover커^v버 the^ð더 costs카스츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 national내셔늘 pension펜션 program,프^r로우그^r램 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 impose임포우즈 pension펜션 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 every에^v버^r리 month먼^θ스 during두^r링 the^ð디 insured인슈어드 period피^r리어드 on안 insured인슈어드 persons퍼슨즈 and앤드 employers,엠플로이어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Health헬^θ스 Insurance인슈^r런스 Service서^v비스 shall섈 collect컬렉트 them.^ð뎀

③ 사업장가입자의 연금보험료 중 기여금은 사업장가입자 본인이, 부담금은 사용자가 각각 부담하되, 그 금액은 각각 기준소득월액의 1천분의 65에 해당하는 금액으로 한다. <개정 2009.5.21, 2025.4.2>

(3) Of어^v브 the^ð더 pension펜션 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 of어^v브 a어 workplace-based워크플레이스-베이스트 insured인슈어드 person,퍼슨 the^ð디 employee엠플로이이 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 shall섈 be비 borne본 by바이 the^ð더 workplace-based워크플레이스-베이스트 insured인슈어드 person퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð디 employer엠플로이어 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 by바이 the^ð디 employer,엠플로이어 and앤드 each이치 shall섈 be비 an앤 amount어마운트 equal이퀄 to투 65/1,000 of어^v브 the^ð더 standard스탠더드 monthly먼^θ슬리 income.인컴

④ 지역가입자, 임의가입자 및 임의계속가입자의 연금보험료는 지역가입자, 임의가입자 또는 임의계속가입자 본인이 부담하되, 그 금액은 기준소득월액의 1천분의 130으로 한다. <개정 2009.5.21, 2025.4.2>

(4) The^ð더 pension펜션 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 of어^v브 a어 region-based^r리전-베이스트 insured인슈어드 person,퍼슨 a어 voluntarily^v발런테^r럴리 insured인슈어드 person,퍼슨 or오 a어 voluntarily^v발런테^r럴리 continued컨티뉴드 insured인슈어드 person퍼슨 shall섈 be비 borne본 by바이 the^ð더 region-based^r리전-베이스트 insured인슈어드 person,퍼슨 voluntarily^v발런테^r럴리 insured인슈어드 person,퍼슨 or오 voluntarily^v발런테^r럴리 continued컨티뉴드 insured인슈어드 person퍼슨 himself힘셀^f프 or오 herself,허셀^f프 and앤드 the^ð디 amount어마운트 shall섈 be비 130/1,000 of어^v브 the^ð더 standard스탠더드 monthly먼^θ슬리 income.인컴

⑤ 공단은 기준소득월액 정정 등의 사유로 당초 징수 결정한 금액을 다시 산정함으로써 연금보험료를 추가로 징수하여야 하는 경우 가입자 또는 사용자에게 그 추가되는 연금보험료를 나누어 내도록 할 수 있다. 이 경우 분할 납부 신청 대상, 분할 납부 방법 및 납부 기한 등 연금보험료의 분할 납부에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2011.6.7>
