국민투표법 제55조(재외투표인명부등의 확정과 효력)

① 재외투표인명부와 국외부재자신고인명부(이하 "재외투표인명부등"이라 한다)의 열람, 이의신청 및 불복신청 등(이하 "열람등"이라 한다)에 관하여는 「공직선거법」 제218조의10 및 제218조의11을 준용한다. 이 경우 "재외선거인명부"는 "재외투표인명부"로, "선거권자"는 "투표권자"로, "재외선거인"은 "재외투표인"으로, "재외선거인명부등"은 "재외투표인명부등"으로 본다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 제54조에 따른 재외투표인명부등의 작성기간 만료일이 국민투표일 전 34일 후인 경우에는 재외투표인명부등에 대한 열람등을 위한 기간은 따로 두지 아니한다.

③ 재외투표인명부등은 작성기간 만료일의 다음 날부터 10일이 되는 날에 확정된다. 다만, 제2항의 경우에는 제54조에 따른 재외투표인명부등 작성기간 만료일의 다음 날에 확정된다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 재외투표인명부등은 해당 국민투표에 한정하여 효력을 가진다.

⑤ 재외투표인명부등의 사본은 교부하지 아니한다.
