국민투표법 제7조(투표참관인 등의 신분보장)

투표참관인, 사전투표참관인, 개표참관인은 그 신분을 취득한 때부터 개표를 마칠 때까지 사형ㆍ무기 또는 장기 3년 이상의 징역이나 금고에 해당하는 죄를 범하였거나 제94조 및 제96조부터 제114조까지의 죄를 범한 경우를 제외하고는 현행범인이 아니면 체포되거나 구속되지 아니하며, 병역소집의 유예를 받는다.
