국방첨단과학기술사관학교 설치법 시행령 제2조(국방첨단과학기술사관학교의 지정)

① 국방부장관은 「국방첨단과학기술사관학교 설치법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제1항에 따른 국방첨단과학기술사관학교(이하 "과학기술사관학교"라 한다)를 지정하려는 경우에는 교육인력, 교육시설ㆍ장비 및 교육과정 등을 고려해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 지정의 세부 기준 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 국방부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
