국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(공유림등의 매수가격 결정)

① 법 제18조제2항에 따른 공유림등의 매수가격은 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호에 따른 감정평가법인등(이하 "감정평가법인등"이라 한다) 2인(「부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률」 제10조제1항에 따른 토지거래계약에 관한 허가구역에 있는 공유림등을 매수하는 경우에는 3인)의 감정평가액을 산술평균한 금액으로 한다. 다만, 토지(공유림은 제외한다) 소유자의 요청이 있는 경우에는 위원회의 심의를 거쳐 감정평가액을 산술 평균한 금액보다 낮은 금액으로 매수가격을 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2016.8.31, 2017.5.29, 2020.12.29, 2024.7.2>

② 제1항에 따른 감정평가법인등에는 공유림등의 소유자가 추천하는 1인의 감정평가법인등을 포함시킬 수 있다. <개정 2017.5.29, 2020.12.29>
