국제민사사법공조법 제11조((管轄法院))

외국으로부터의 촉탁은 송달촉탁의 경우에는 송달을 할 장소, 증거조사촉탁의 경우에는 증인의 주소 또는 증거물 기타 검증ㆍ감정목적물의 소재지를 관할하는 제1심 법원이 관할한다.
