Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act, Article 23-2 (Operation of the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Pension Fund Plan)

① 중소기업퇴직연금기금제도는 공단에서 운영한다.

④ 운영위원회는 위원장, 퇴직연금 관계 업무를 담당하는 고용노동부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 및 위원장이 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 위원으로 구성한다. 이 경우 위원장을 포함한 위원의 수는 10명 이상 15명 이내로 구성하되, 제2호와 제3호에 해당하는 위원의 수는 같아야 한다.
