내수면어업법 시행령 제15조의4(조치명령 등의 방법 및 절차)

① 법 제19조의7제1항에 따라 해양수산부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장은 어도를 설치한 자에게 시정을 명하거나 필요한 조치를 명하려는 경우에는 그 사유와 이행 방법 및 기간 등을 문서로 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 명령을 받은 어도 설치자는 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 인하여 이행 기간 내에 명령을 이행할 수 없는 경우에는 이행 기간이 끝나기 7일 전까지 해양수산부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장에게 이행 기간의 연장을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 제1항에 따른 명령을 받은 어도 설치자는 이행 기간 내에 명령을 이행한 경우에는 명령이행 통보서를 해양수산부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 제1항에 따른 명령의 이행 기간이 만료되면 해양수산부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장은 그 명령의 이행 여부를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
