Enforcement Decree of the Green Buildings Construction Support Act, Article 10 (Buildings Subject to Submission of Energy Saving Plans, etc.)

① 법 제14조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 건축물"이란 연면적의 합계가 500제곱미터 이상인 건축물을 말한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 건축물을 건축하려는 건축주는 에너지 절약계획서를 제출하지 아니한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.5.28, 2016.12.30, 2023.5.15>

② 제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 해당하는 건축물을 건축하려는 건축주는 건축허가를 신청하거나 용도변경의 허가신청 또는 신고, 건축물대장 기재내용의 변경 시 국토교통부령으로 정하는 에너지 절약계획서(전자문서로 된 서류를 포함한다)를 「건축법」 제5조제1항에 따른 허가권자(「건축법」 외의 다른 법령에 따라 허가ㆍ신고 권한이 다른 행정기관의 장에게 속하는 경우에는 해당 행정기관의 장을 말하며, 이하 "허가권자"라 한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.12.30>
