농수산물의 원산지 표시 등에 관한 법률 제9조의2(원산지 표시 위반에 대한 교육)

① 농림축산식품부장관, 해양수산부장관, 관세청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제9조제2항 각 호의 자가 제5조 또는 제6조를 위반하여 제9조제1항에 따른 처분이 확정된 경우에는 농수산물 원산지 표시제도 교육을 이수하도록 명하여야 한다. <개정 2017.10.13, 2020.5.26>

② 제1항에 따른 이수명령의 이행기간은 교육 이수명령을 통지받은 날부터 최대 4개월 이내로 정한다. <개정 2020.5.26>

③ 농림축산식품부장관과 해양수산부장관은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 농수산물 원산지 표시제도 교육을 위하여 교육시행지침을 마련하여 시행하여야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 교육내용, 교육대상, 교육기관, 교육기간 및 교육시행지침 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
