다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 제10조(다중이용업의 실내장식물)

① 다중이용업소에 설치하거나 교체하는 실내장식물(반자돌림대 등의 너비가 10센티미터 이하인 것은 제외한다)은 불연재료(不燃材料) 또는 준불연재료로 설치하여야 한다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 합판 또는 목재로 실내장식물을 설치하는 경우로서 그 면적이 영업장 천장과 벽을 합한 면적의 10분의 3(스프링클러설비 또는 간이스프링클러설비가 설치된 경우에는 10분의 5) 이하인 부분은 「소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제20조제3항에 따른 방염성능기준 이상의 것으로 설치할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.4, 2018.10.16, 2021.11.30>

③ 소방본부장이나 소방서장은 다중이용업소의 실내장식물이 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 실내장식물의 기준에 맞지 아니하는 경우에는 그 다중이용업주에게 해당 부분의 실내장식물을 교체하거나 제거하게 하는 등 필요한 조치를 명하거나 허가관청에 관계 법령에 따른 영업정지 처분 또는 허가등의 취소를 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2014.1.7, 2016.1.27>
