대구경북과학기술원법 제3조(설립)

① 대경과기원은 「과학기술분야 정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」 제3조에도 불구하고 정부, 지방자치단체, 대학, 연구기관 및 기업이 공동으로 출연하여 설립한다.

② 대경과기원은 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(2) DGIST디지스트 is이즈 established이스태블리시트 by바이 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

③ 대경과기원의 설립등기와 그 밖의 등기에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
