Enforcement Rule of the Road Traffic Act, Article 100 (Registration of Changes)

①영 제61조에 따라 학원을 설립ㆍ운영하는 자는 같은 조 제1항 각 호의 사항에 변경이 있는 경우에는 별지 제99호서식의 자동차운전학원 설립자변경등록신청서 또는 별지 제100호서식의 자동차운전학원 변경등록신청서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2007.9.28, 2009.11.27, 2020.12.31, 2023.6.20>
