도로교통법 시행규칙 제46조의4(음주운전 방지장치 부착 조건부 운전면허시험 응시 전 교통안전교육)

① 법 제73조제6항 및 영 제38조의3에 따른 음주운전 방지장치 부착 조건부 운전면허시험 응시 전 교통안전교육의 과목ㆍ내용ㆍ방법 및 시간은 별표 16과 같다.

② 제1항에 따른 교통안전교육의 교재, 세부교육계획 수립 및 교육일정의 공지에 관하여는 제46조의2제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
