도로교통법 시행규칙 제47조(교통안전교육기관의 지정신청 등)

①법 제74조에 따라 교통안전교육을 실시하는 기관 또는 시설(이하 "교통안전교육기관"이라 한다)로 지정받으려는 자는 별지 제29호서식의 교통안전교육기관 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2007.9.28, 2020.12.31, 2021.7.13, 2021.12.31>

②제1항에 따라 서류를 제출받은 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 주민등록표 초본은 신청인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 이를 제출[주민등록증(모바일 주민등록증을 포함한다) 등 신분증명서를 제시하는 것으로 갈음할 수 있다]하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2007.9.28, 2010.9.10, 2018.4.25, 2020.12.31, 2024.12.20>

③교통안전교육기관의 장은 법 제74조제2항 각 호에서 규정된 기관 또는 시설의 고유명칭에 "부설교통안전교육기관"이라고 표시하여 이를 교통안전교육기관의 명칭으로 사용하여야 한다.

④시ㆍ도경찰청장은 법 제74조에 따라 교통안전교육기관을 지정한 때에는 별지 제31호서식의 교통안전교육기관 지정증을 신청인에게 교부하고, 그 사실을 별지 제32호서식의 교통안전교육기관 지정대장에 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.31>
