도시 및 주거환경정비법 제115조(교육의 실시)

① 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장, 군수 또는 구청장은 추진위원장 및 감사, 조합임원, 전문조합관리인(이하 "조합임원등"이라 한다), 정비사업전문관리업자의 대표자 및 기술인력, 토지등소유자 등에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2025.5.20>

② 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장, 군수 또는 구청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합임원등에게 추진위원회 또는 조합의 운영과 관련하여 필요한 교육 및 윤리교육을 실시하여야 한다. 이 경우 조합임원등은 제31조, 제41조 또는 제45조에 따라 그 직으로 선임(연임을 포함한다) 또는 선정된 날부터 6개월 이내에 그 교육을 이수하여야 한다. <신설 2025.5.20>
