동물원 및 수족관의 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(현장조사의 절차)

① 허가권자는 법 제8조제5항에 따른 현장조사(이하 "현장조사"라 한다)를 실시하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 현장조사계획서를 작성하여 현장조사 시작일 7일 전까지 허가 또는 변경허가를 신청한 자에게 통지해야 한다.

② 허가권자는 현장조사를 실시하는 경우에는 소속 공무원으로 하여금 현장조사를 하게 하되, 법 제12조제1항에 따라 위촉된 동물원 검사관 또는 수족관 검사관(이하 "검사관"이라 한다) 중 허가권자가 지정하는 검사관이 현장조사를 지원하도록 해야 한다.

③ 검사관은 제2항에 따른 현장조사가 완료되었을 때에는 지체 없이 기후에너지환경부와 해양수산부의 공동부령으로 정하는 현장조사 결과보고서를 작성하여 허가권자에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 허가권자는 현장조사 결과 필요한 경우에는 추가 현장조사를 실시할 수 있다.
