동물원 및 수족관의 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(위원회의 운영)

① 제5조제2항에 따른 위원장 2명(이하 "공동위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회의 회의를 공동으로 소집하고, 교대로 그 회의의 의장이 된다.

② 공동위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 정하여 회의 개최일 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 통지해야 한다.

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회는 직무를 수행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 연구기관, 단체 등에 자료 또는 의견의 제출을 요청할 수 있으며, 관계인 또는 전문가를 참석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑤ 위원회의 회의에 출석하는 위원 또는 전문가 등에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원 또는 관계 공무원이 그 소관 업무와 직접 관련하여 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

⑥ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 2명을 두며, 공동위원장이 기후에너지환경부와 해양수산부 소속 4급 이상 공무원 중에서 1명씩 지명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 공동위원장이 정한다.
