디엔에이신원확인정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(디엔에이인적관리자)

① 검찰총장 및 경찰청장은 식별코드의 생성ㆍ부착 및 제3조제1항 각 호의 업무를 담당할 디엔에이인적관리자를 소속 공무원 중에서 지정할 수 있다.

② 디엔에이인적관리자는 인적관리시스템에 정보를 입력하거나 수정ㆍ삭제하기 위하여 그가 소속된 기관의 공무원 중에서 인적관리시스템에 접속할 권한을 부여받을 사람을 지정할 수 있다.

③ 디엔에이인적관리자는 검사 또는 사법경찰관이 디엔에이감식시료의 중복 채취 확인, 관련 사건의 수사 등을 위하여 인적관리시스템을 열람할 수 있도록 조치할 수 있다.

④ 디엔에이인적관리자는 인적관리시스템을 검색한 결과 법 제5조 및 제6조에 따른 디엔에이감식시료 채취대상자에 대한 디엔에이감식시료 채취가 누락된 사실을 발견한 경우 지체 없이 검사(군검사를 포함한다. 이하 같다) 또는 사법경찰관(군사법경찰관을 포함한다. 이하 같다)에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2022.6.30>
