Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Investigation of Buried Heritage, Article 14-5 (Designation of Specialized Institutions for Important Unearthed Materials, etc.)

① 국가유산청장은 다음 각 호의 기관 중 중요출토자료의 연구ㆍ보관 역량이 뛰어나다고 인정하는 기관을 법 제14조의2제5항에 따른 중요출토자료 전문기관(이하 "중요출토자료전문기관"이라 한다)으로 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>

3. 「박물관 및 미술관 진흥법」에 따른 박물관

3. A어 museum뮤지엄 under언더 the^ð더 Museum뮤지엄 and앤드 Art아트 Gallery갤러^r리 Support서포트 Act액트

4. 「의료법」 제3조제2항제3호에 따른 병원급 의료기관

4. A어 hospital-level하스피틀-레^v블 medical메더클 institution인스티투션 under언더 Article아터클 3 (2) 3 of어^v브 the^ð더 Medical메더클 Service서^v비스 Act액트

② 국가유산청장은 중요출토자료전문기관이 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 지정을 받은 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>

(2) The^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service서^v비스 may메이 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 a어 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institution인스티투션 for^f포 important임포턴트 unearthed어너^θ스트 materials머티^r리얼즈 that^ð댓 obtained어브테인드 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 by바이 false^f폴스 or오 other어^ð더 wrongful^r롱^f플 means.민즈

③ 중요출토자료전문기관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 중요출토자료를 폐기할 수 있다. 이 경우 중요출토자료전문기관은 폐기사실을 국가유산청장에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

1. 해당 자료가 부식ㆍ부패 등으로 인해 더 이상 연구ㆍ보관할 필요성이 없어진 경우
