문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제14조의4(금연구역의 지정 등)

① 지정문화유산 및 등록문화유산과 그 보호물ㆍ보호구역 및 보관시설(이하 이 조에서 "지정문화유산등"이라 한다)의 소유자, 관리자 또는 관리단체는 지정문화유산등 해당 시설 또는 지역 전체를 금연구역으로 지정하여야 한다. 다만, 주거용 건축물은 화재의 우려가 없는 경우에 한정하여 금연구역과 흡연구역을 구분하여 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2023.8.8>

② 지정문화유산등의 소유자, 관리자 또는 관리단체는 제1항에 따른 금연구역과 흡연구역을 알리는 표지를 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>

③ 시ㆍ도지사는 제2항을 위반한 자에 대하여 일정한 기간을 정하여 그 시정을 명할 수 있다.

⑤ 누구든지 제1항에 따른 금연구역에서 흡연을 하여서는 아니 된다.
