민사소송법 제15조(사원 등에 대한 특별재판적)

①회사, 그 밖의 사단이 사원에 대하여 소를 제기하거나 사원이 다른 사원에 대하여 소를 제기하는 경우에는 그 소가 사원의 자격으로 말미암은 것이면 회사, 그 밖의 사단의 보통재판적이 있는 곳의 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있다.

②사단 또는 재단이 그 임원에 대하여 소를 제기하거나 회사가 그 발기인 또는 검사인에 대하여 소를 제기하는 경우에는 제1항의 규정을 준용한다.
