민사소송법 제226조(결정에 대한 이의신청)

①당사자는 제225조의 결정에 대하여 그 조서 또는 결정서의 정본을 송달받은 날부터 2주 이내에 이의를 신청할 수 있다. 다만, 그 정본이 송달되기 전에도 이의를 신청할 수 있다.
