범죄피해자 보호법 시행령 제7조(보호시설의 위탁운영 절차)

①법무부장관이 법 제7조제2항에 따라 보호시설의 운영을 위탁하려는 경우에는 제5조에 따른 설치ㆍ운영 기준에 적합한 법인ㆍ기관 또는 단체를 선정하여 위탁하여야 한다. <개정 2015.4.14>

② 보호시설의 운영을 위탁받으려는 법인ㆍ기관 또는 단체는 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 법무부장관에게 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2015.4.14>

③ 법무부장관은 보호시설의 운영을 위탁할 법인ㆍ기관 또는 단체를 선정한 경우에는 그 법인ㆍ기관 또는 단체의 명칭, 위탁기간 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 정하여 관보에 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2015.4.14>
