Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Venture Businesses, Article 11-5 (Reporting of Stock Options)

① 벤처기업은 법 제16조의6제1항에 따라 주식매수선택권의 부여에 관하여 신고를 하려는 경우에는 중소벤처기업부령으로 정하는 신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 중소벤처기업부장관에게 제출해야 한다.
