사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제29조(권한의 위임 및 위탁)

① 경찰청장은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도경찰청장이나 경찰서장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>

② 경찰청장은 제12조의2제1항 및 제15조제1항에 따른 사행기구의 검사 업무를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전문검사기관에 위탁할 수 있다.

③ 제14조제2항에 따른 검사기관에서 검정 업무를 수행하는 임직원이나 제2항에 따른 전문검사기관에서 검사 업무를 수행하는 임직원은 「형법」 제129조부터 제132조까지를 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.
