Act on Improving the Treatment and Status of Social Workers, etc., Article 4-3 (Qualifications of Members)

① 공제회의 회원은 사회복지사업에 종사하는 자 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.

3. 「민법」 또는 다른 법률에 따라 설립된 법인 등에서 사회복지 관련 업무에 종사하는 자 중 대통령령으로 정하는 사람
