산림교육의 활성화에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조(유아숲체험원의 등록ㆍ변경등록 절차 등)

① 법 제12조제2항 및 제5항에 따라 유아숲체험원을 등록하거나 변경등록하려는 자는 산림청장이나 시ㆍ도지사에게 유아숲체험원 등록 또는 변경등록을 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2018.8.14>

② 산림청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 유아숲체험원 등록을 신청한 자가 제13조제1항에 따른 등록기준을 모두 갖춘 경우에는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 등록증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 유아숲체험원 등록 및 변경등록의 신청 절차 및 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 세부 사항은 농림축산식품부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
