산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법 시행령 제2조(산업기술단지 조성계획의 수립)

Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Support for Industrial Technology Parks, Article 2 (Formulation of Industrial Technology Park Development Plan)

① 「산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제3조에 따른 산업기술단지 조성계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

2. 산업기술단지의 조성기준 등에 관한 사항

2. Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 development디^v벨럽먼트 standards,스탠더즈 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 industrial인더스트^r리얼 technology텍날러지 parks;파크스

3. 산업기술단지의 조성을 위한 자금지원에 관한 사항

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 산업기술단지 조성계획을 수립하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장, 교육ㆍ연구기관, 그 밖의 관계 기관ㆍ단체에 관련 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 중소벤처기업부장관은 산업기술단지 조성계획을 수립할 때에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
