산업재해보상보험법 시행령 제93조(기금의 지출)

① 기금재무관이 기금지출관에게 기금을 지출하게 할 때에는 지출원인행위 관계 서류를 기금지출관에게 보내야 한다.

② 기금지출관은 기금재무관의 지출원인행위에 따라 기금을 지출하려면 한국은행, 「은행법」에 따른 은행 또는 체신관서를 지급인으로 하는 수표를 발행하여야 한다. <개정 2010.11.15>

③ 기금재무관이 지출원인행위를 한 후 불가피한 사유로 그 회계연도 내에 지출하지 못한 금액은 다음 연도에 이월하여 집행할 수 있다.
