새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제25조(공공시설 등의 귀속)

① 사업시행자가 새만금사업의 시행으로 새로이 공공시설(주차장ㆍ운동장이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 시설은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)을 설치하거나 기존의 공공시설에 대체되는 시설을 설치한 경우 그 귀속에 관하여는 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제65조를 준용한다.

② 제1항에 따른 공공시설과 재산의 등기의 경우 실시계획승인서와 준공검사증으로써 「부동산등기법」상의 등기원인을 증명하는 서면을 갈음할 수 있다 <개정 2020.6.9>
