① 제22조제2항제6호의 치료명령의 결정을 받은 사람은 치료기간 동안 치료비용을 부담하여야 한다. 다만, 치료비용을 부담할 경제력이 없는 사람의 경우에는 국가가 비용을 부담할 수 있다.
