소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 제24조(점검기록표 게시 등)

① 제23조제3항에 따라 자체점검 결과 보고를 마친 관계인은 관리업자등, 점검일시, 점검자 등 자체점검과 관련된 사항을 점검기록표에 기록하여 특정소방대상물의 출입자가 쉽게 볼 수 있는 장소에 게시하여야 한다. 이 경우 점검기록표의 기록 등에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다.

② 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 제48조에 따른 전산시스템 또는 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 통하여 국민에게 공개할 수 있다. 이 경우 공개 절차, 공개 기간 및 공개 방법 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
