① 법 제43조제1항에 따른 교육훈련기관의 지정요건은 다음 각 호와 같다.

④ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제43조제1항에 따른 교육훈련기관으로 지정받으려는 자가 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」 제19조 및 제24조에 따른 직업능력개발훈련과정을 인정받기 원하는 경우에는 해당 교육훈련기관의 지정 여부를 검토할 때 미리 고용노동부장관과 협의해야 하고, 지정 후에는 그 사실을 고용노동부장관에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2022.2.17>
