Act on Fostering and Supporting the Fishery Food Industry, Article 36 (Revocation of Certification of Excellent Fishery Food, etc.)

① 해양수산부장관 또는 우수수산식품등인증기관은 우수수산식품등인증을 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 인증을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호의 경우에는 인증을 취소하여야 한다.

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 인증을 받은 경우

② 제1항에 따라 우수수산식품등인증이 취소된 날부터 1년이 지나지 아니한 자는 같은 수산식품 및 음식점등에 대하여 우수수산식품등인증을 신청할 수 없다.
