Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers, etc., Article 30 (Composition of the Press Promotion Fund Management Committee|9)

① 법 제36조제2항에 따른 언론진흥기금관리위원회(이하 이 조 및 제31조에서 "위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명, 부위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 위원회의 위원은 한국언론진흥재단의 기금담당 상임이사와 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부하다고 인정되는 사람 중에서 문화체육관광부장관의 승인을 받아 위원장이 위촉한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 위촉위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

⑤ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 위원회의 위원이 될 수 없다.
