신용협동조합법 시행령 제8조(등기기간의 기산)

이 영의 규정에 의한 등기사항으로서 금융위원회 또는 중앙회장의 인가를 받거나 승인을 얻어야 하는 사항이 있는 경우에는 그 인가서 또는 승인서가 신청인에게 도달된 날부터 등기의 기간을 기산한다. <개정 1999.5.24, 2008.2.29>
