아동복지법 제26조(아동학대 신고의무자에 대한 교육)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 「아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법」 제10조제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람(이하 "아동학대 신고의무자"라 한다)의 자격 취득 과정이나 보수교육 과정에 아동학대 예방 및 신고의무와 관련된 교육 내용을 포함하도록 하여야 하며, 그 결과를 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2015.3.27, 2021.12.21>

(1) The^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 shall섈 ensure엔슈어 that^ð댓 the^ð더 courses코시즈 for^f포 obtaining어브테이닝 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 or오 the^ð더 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 courses코시즈 for^f포 persons퍼슨즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 of어^v브 Article아터클 10 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 Special스페실 Cases케이시즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 Punishment퍼니시먼트 of어^v브 Child차일드 Abuse어뷰스 Crimes크^r라임즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "persons퍼슨즈 obligated아블러게이티드 to투 report^r리포트 child차일드 abuse")어뷰스 include인클루드 content칸텐트 on안 the^ð더 prevention프^r리^v벤션 of어^v브 child차일드 abuse어뷰스 and앤드 the^ð더 duty두티 to투 report,^r리포트 and앤드 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사는 아동학대 신고의무자에게 본인이 아동학대 신고의무자라는 사실을 고지할 수 있고, 아동학대 예방 및 신고의무와 관련한 교육(이하 이 조에서 "신고의무 교육"이라 한다)을 실시할 수 있다. <신설 2015.3.27>

③ 아동학대 신고의무자가 소속된 기관ㆍ시설 등의 장은 소속 아동학대 신고의무자에게 신고의무 교육을 실시하고, 그 결과를 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2015.3.27, 2017.10.24>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 교육 내용ㆍ시간 및 방법 등 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2015.3.27>
