아동복지법 제39조의2(자립지원전담기관의 설치ㆍ운영)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 보호대상아동의 위탁보호 종료 또는 아동복지시설 퇴소 이후의 자립을 지원하기 위하여 자립지원전담기관을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 자립지원전담기관의 설치기준과 운영, 종사자의 자격, 배치기준 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
