약사법 제46조의3(의약품 판촉영업자에 대한 교육)

① 의약품 판촉영업자(법인의 대표자나 이사, 그 밖에 이에 종사하는 자를 포함하고, 법인이 아닌 경우 그 종사자를 포함한다)는 의약품의 판매질서 등에 관한 교육을 받아야 한다.

(1) Drug드^r러그 sales세일즈 promotion프^r러모우션 agents에이전츠 (including인클루딩 the^ð더 representative,^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 persons퍼슨즈 working워킹 for^f포 a어 corporation,코퍼^r레이션 and,앤드 where웨어 the^ð디 agent에이전트 is이즈 not낫 a어 corporation,코퍼^r레이션 its잇츠 employees)엠플로이이즈 shall섈 receive^r러시^v브 education에저케이션 on안 fair^f페어 practices프^r랙터시즈 in인 drug드^r러그 sales,세일즈 etc.엣세터^r러

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 교육을 실시하기 위하여 관련 단체 또는 기관을 교육기관으로 지정할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 may메이 designate데저그네잇 relevant^r렐러^v번트 organizations오거너제이션즈 or오 institutions인스티투션즈 as애즈 education에저케이션 institutions인스티투션즈 to투 provide프^r러^v바이드 the^ð디 education에저케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 보건복지부장관은 제2항에 따라 지정된 교육기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제2호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2024.12.20>

④ 제1항에 따른 교육 내용 및 방법, 제2항에 따른 교육기관의 지정 기준ㆍ절차 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <신설 2024.12.20>
