어선법 시행규칙 제55조(검사의 준비 등)

Enforcement Rule of the Fishing Vessel Act, Article 55 (Preparation for Inspections)

① 법 제37조제2항에 따라 준용하는 「선박안전법」 제14조제1항에 따른 해당 어선의 검사종류별 준비사항은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 법 제37조제2항에 따라 준용하는 「선박안전법」 제14조제3항에 따른 선체두께의 측정은 강선으로서 배의 길이 24미터 이상인 어선에 대하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 측정한다. <개정 2012.3.16, 2018.5.1>
